The Mucha Collection of silver rounds is an immensely diverse offering. There are a total of six designs for the series, known as the Mucha Women. Each design release includes a proof striking in 1 oz, 5 oz, and 1 oz colorized versions. There is also an antique release with each design in 1 oz and 5 oz weights.
All 5 oz Antique Silver Mucha Collection Rose Rounds listed here feature unique edge lettering bearing the individual serial number of the round. This number is reflected on the Certificate of Authenticity included in the purchase of your round. Further, these rounds have a brilliant antiquing added, which brings warmth and depth to the overall design.
The reverse of the 5 oz Antique Silver Mucha Collection Rose Round includes a popular portrait of the artist himself. Taken from a photo in which he is seated, you’ll see only his face in this portrait with engravings of his name, years of birth and death, and the round’s weight, purity, and metal content.
On the obverse of the 5 oz Antique Silver Mucha Collection Rose Round is the popular image of Rose. She is depicted as a beautiful woman with a flood of roses adorning her upswept hair, and in her hands she holds two delicate, full-bloomed roses.
Anonymous Mint developed the Mucha Collection, which features a total of six planned designs. Coin creator Julie Lindquist developed the concept with Anonymous Mint, and Italian Master Sculptor Luigi Badia worked on the engravings for each.
