There are only a few refineries in the world that create gold and silver bars as unique as those from Monarch Precious Metals. Using traditional approaches, MPM creates precious metal products that are coveted by investors and collectors due to their unique appearance. The brand-new 5 oz. Silver Monarch Poured Bar is now available from Silver.com.
- Contains 5 ounces of .999 fine silver.
- Minted using hand poured techniques.
- Consists of rough, textured lines and finishes.
- Stamped with its weight, purity, and the Monarch Precious Metals logo.
Monarch Precious Metals gold and silver bars are all produced using a hands-on approach. The process starts with silver being hand poured into casts for production. The finished product is removed and the bars engravings are hand stamped by an MPM employee. The result is a silver bar with its own visual appeal.
On the primary face of each 5 oz. Silver Monarch Poured Bar is the corporate logo and company name of the refinery. In the very center of the bar is the MPM logo, which uses the letters “MPM” to create a crown. In an arch above the logo are the words “Monarch Precious,” while the word “Metals” is engraved below.
Along the top of the bar is the engraving of its weight, while the purity and metal content are stamped along the bottom. The opposite side of the bar has no engravings or markings of any kind. Each bar has a matte finish that has a rough, textured feel. The edges and corners of the bar are rounded and unrefined, giving the bars an appearance akin to those minted at a time when pirates roamed the open oceans.
Monarch Precious Metals is an Oregon-based refinery located in the Rogue Valley in the state’s southern region. All of its bars and rounds are produced using silver and gold with a minimum purity level of .999.
