Silver.com Fulfillment Moving
To satisfy increasing customer demand, as well as improve our shipping speed and accuracy, Silver.com is moving into a brand new, state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Las Vegas over the July 4th long weekend. The new fulfillment center will enable Silver.com customers to receive faster shipping than ever before, as well as an all around higher level of customer service for all.
As we transition, we ask for your patience and understanding. While we do not expect any major hiccups, slight delays will likely occur over the next few weeks as we work out any issues at the new location. Below is the anticipated schedule for the move:
July 1st (Wednesday) – Last day of fulfillment in the current facility. Customer orders scheduled to ship July 1st or sooner to process as normal.
July 2nd (Thursday) – July 6th (Monday) – Fulfillment closed for move. No packages will ship.
July 7th (Tuesday) – New fulfillment center scheduled to open and start shipping. Please bear with us throughout the week as we catch up from the move and work out any issues in the new facility. While we do not anticipate any major problems, there likely will be slight delays to our normal service for the remainder of the week.
