Proof Platinum American Eagles are available each year from the United States Mint dating back to 1997 when the series was launched. However, only the 1 oz coin has been issued in each of those years. The 1/10 oz Proof Platinum Eagles were only available from 1997 to 2008. Beginning in 2009, all fractional-ounce coins in this series were suspended and have not returned since.

All of the 1/10 oz Proof Platinum American Eagles in this product listing come with a PF70 certification from the NGC. Coins in this condition have full, original mint luster and no detracting flaws of any kind on the designs or surface area. Included with these coins are UCAM labels. This means the coins are ultra-cameo specimens with strong, frosted designs overlaying deeply-mirrored, clear background fields.

Are your products actually in stock?

Yes. We are one of the few bullion dealers in the industry who only deems products "in stock" when we have them on-hand and ready to ship immediately. In the instance of a presale item, we denote that the product is on presale and the estimated shipping date. While we make the best efforts to hit presale dates, the dates are only estimates, given we cannot control mint production issues and/or carrier dealyes.

Why are multiple prices listed?

We offer a 4% discount to "cash" paying customers - with paper check, bank wire, and bitcoin payments being defined as cash. On many products, we are also able to offer volume discounts to customers purchasing large quantities of the same item. When do I lock in my price?

All prices are locked in at the time of purchase.
