In 1999, silver coins were introduced into this series with the Year of the Rabbit release. The ½ oz coin consists of at least 99.9% pure silver and carries a face value of $.50 AUD.
The 12 animals of the Chinese zodiac have been featured on each coin in the Lunar series, each with their own unique designs.
