For the individual bars, Geiger has packaged each one securely in plastic, with multiples of 16 vacuum-sealed and stacked in wooden boxes. The obverse side of every bar features a pearl finish, the edges have a ribbed design common in bullion coins, and the reverse surface features a high-relief design element.
Also included with each bar is an LEV rhombus UV-coating. This layer is visible only under black light. It both illuminates the serial number engraved on the bar with a blue light layer, and displays an additional LEV rhombus in the center of the reverse design field that is not other visible to the naked eye.
On the obverse of all 1 Kilo Silver Geiger Square Bars you’ll notice that famous image of the Schloss Guldengossa castle. Constructed in 1720, the castle is located outside of Leipzig and is the current headquarters of the refinery.
The reverse of the Silver Geiger Square Bars includes the repeating LEV rhombus logo. In addition to the security features included on this side, as mentioned earlier, you’ll also find an individual serial number for the bar on this face.
