In this series which pulls back the veil on the romantic view of the Wild West, the most captivating design option is the 1 oz silver colorized round. The 1 oz Colorized Silver American Western Skulls Indian Brave Round is currently available to you for purchase online at Silver.com.

Round Highlights:

  • Ships to you inside of a protective capsule and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity!
  • Fifth issue of a silver round in the American Western Skulls Collection!
  • Mintage limited to 1,000 rounds only!
  • Consists of One Troy ounce of .999 fine silver.
  • The Indian Brave design is on the obverse.
  • The deathly fried eagle take on the heraldic eagle is depicted on the reverse.
  • Colorized lacquer finish on the obverse design element!

Each of the characters featured in the American Western Skulls Collection comes right from the reality of the era of the American Wild West, as well as novels, TV series, and feature films churned out over more than a century of American history since the close of the Wild West era. Indian Chiefs tried to keep their land with the help of Indian Braves, US Army soldiers advanced the causes of the nation’s leaders, and sheriffs fought to maintain law and order in the face of relentless outlaws.

The characters in the American Western Skulls Collection are all featured as dead skulls with design elements reflecting the life they lived. The American Western Skulls Collection Indian Brave design captures a figure with a Mohawk and two scalping knives, but the image isn’t necessarily one of violence.

On the obverse of the 1 oz Colorized Silver American Western Skulls Indian Brave Round is a vision of a brave based upon the character Magua in Last of the Mohicans. Though depicted often as violent savages, Indian Braves were actually skilled and dedicated warriors and hunters within their tribe. The scalping knives featured in this design were also used by braves to skin furs from their kills after a hunt.

All colorized rounds in the American Western Skulls Collection feature a layer of colored lacquer. This is applied only to the design element on the obverse side, with the Indian Brave skull shown in a pale yellow, with dark brown to the handles of his knives and stripes of red and brown in his long hair.

The reverse of all Colorized Silver American Western Skulls Indian Brave Rounds feature the heraldic eagle of the United States, but this bird is the fried eagle. A featherless, dead bird, it has the US national shield, the arrows of war, an olive branch of peace, and a cluster of 13 stars above its head in a triangle.

We use a live, up-to-the-second spot price feed supplied by Xignite.com, a worldwide leader in the data supply market.

Are your products actually in stock?

Yes. We are one of the few bullion dealers in the industry who only deems products "in stock" when we have them on-hand and ready to ship immediately. In the instance of a presale item, we denote that the product is on presale and the estimated shipping date. While we make the best efforts to hit presale dates, the dates are only estimates, given we cannot control mint production issues and/or carrier dealyes.

Why are multiple prices listed?

We offer a 4% discount to "cash" paying customers - with paper check, bank wire, and bitcoin payments being defined as cash. On many products, we are also able to offer volume discounts to customers purchasing large quantities of the same item. All volume pricing is laid out in the chart on the product's description page, as well as in the cart.

When do I lock in my price?

All prices are locked in at the time of purchase. Credit/debit card, PayPal, BitCoin, Ethereum, and Ripple orders are paid at the time of checkout, while paper check and bank wire orders require a credit/debit card on file to lock in your pricing while we await your payment. Please note, paper check and bank wire orders will NOT result in a charge to your card - we simple maintain the card on file while we await full payment by your selected payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States, including APOs.
