In the classic Greek myths, Hercules is a demi-god known for his strength, valor, and thrilling adventures. The Labors of Hercules is one of the most legendary series of episodes in all of Greek mythology. They are also the subject of this compelling collection of silver rounds, which features a different labor on each design. Today, varied designs of 1 oz Silver Labors of Hercules Rounds are available to you online at Silver.com.

Round Highlights:

  • Available to you in individual plastic flips!
  • Varied design from the Labors of Hercules collection!
  • Consists of One Troy ounce of .999 fine silver.
  • The obverse features Hercules wearing a lion headdress.
  • On the reverse field there is a varied design.

Each of these 1 oz Labors of Hercules Rounds consists of one Troy ounce of .999 fine silver. There are twelve different designs in this collection and you could receive any one of them when you place your order. Bear in mind that we are unable to cherry-pick individual designs for customer orders. Nor are we able to specify which round you will receive. Upon delivery, you will find your round housed inside of a protective plastic flip.

The Labors of Hercules was a penance imposed on Hercules by King Eurystheus following the demi-god’s act of violence against his family. While it may seem shocking that Hercules would slay his wife and children, the act technically was not his fault. Seeking vengeance against Hercules’ father Zeus for cheating on her, the goddess Hera cursed the demi-god with a madness that drove him to violence. While it is unclear what Hercules did after he completed the labors, some say he joined forces with Jason and the Argonauts to find the Golden Fleece.

On the obverse side of Silver Labors of Hercules Rounds, there is a portrait of Hercules in left-profile relief. Here this mighty demi-god has a beard and a determined expression as he wields a club. Adorning his head is the slain Nemean lion, which Hercules fashioned as a headdress. A meander pattern and the round’s hallmarks are also part of the obverse design.

The reverse of these Labors of Hercules Rounds could feature a variety of different designs. A sample of designs in the series that you could receive include slaying the Hydra, capturing the Ceryneian Hind, and stealing the golden apples of Hesperides. However, these are just examples and do not necessarily indicate the design you will receive. Also on the reverse is an inscription of a Roman numeral and the name of the task.

We use a live, up-to-the-second spot price feed supplied by Xignite.com, a worldwide leader in the data supply market.

Are your products actually in stock?

Yes. We are one of the few bullion dealers in the industry who only deems products "in stock" when we have them on-hand and ready to ship immediately. In the instance of a presale item, we denote that the product is on presale and the estimated shipping date. While we make the best efforts to hit presale dates, the dates are only estimates, given we cannot control mint production issues and/or carrier dealyes.

Why are multiple prices listed?

We offer a 4% discount to "cash" paying customers - with paper check, bank wire, and bitcoin payments being defined as cash. On many products, we are also able to offer volume discounts to customers purchasing large quantities of the same item. All volume pricing is laid out in the chart on the product's description page, as well as in the cart.

When do I lock in my price?

All prices are locked in at the time of purchase. Credit/debit card, PayPal, BitCoin, Ethereum, and Ripple orders are paid at the time of checkout, while paper check and bank wire orders require a credit/debit card on file to lock in your pricing while we await your payment. Please note, paper check and bank wire orders will NOT result in a charge to your card - we simple maintain the card on file while we await full payment by your selected payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States, including APOs.
