Today, 1986-2020 Silver American Eagle 35-Coin Sets in near-perfect condition are available to you online at Silver.com.

The United States Mint introduced the Silver American Eagles in 1986 with Brilliant Uncirculated and Proof versions available. The BU versions of the coin are produced by the US Mint each year as the Congressional mandate that authorized the coins requires the US Mint to meet the demand for the BU Silver Eagle each year. Since 1986, the US Mint has never missed an issue year for its BU versions of the coin.

All of the 1986-2020 Silver American Eagle 35-Coin Sets available to purchase in this listing come with near-perfect certifications for all coins. A Mint State 69 specimen has full, original mint luster and a maximum of two minor detracting flaws. Acceptable flaws at this grade level include only minuscule contact marks or hairlines that must be located outside of the primary focal points of the coins.

Within this Silver Eagle 35-Coin Set, you will find one of each of the available Silver American Eagles offered to date by the United States Mint. The set includes coins that are individually housed inside of their own, sealed protective plastic slabs. All of the date marks from 1986 to 2020 are represented in this set.

Walking Liberty features on the obverse side of all Silver American Eagles in this 35-coin set. Designed in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman, this vision of Liberty originally appeared on the Walking Liberty Half Dollar in circulation from 1916 to 1947.

The heraldic eagle of the United States is featured in the reverse design of Silver American Eagles in this set. The heraldic eagle as shown here was designed by John Mercanti in 1986 and depicts the American bald eagle in front-facing relief with the US national shield on its chest, arrows in one talon, an olive branch in the other, and a cluster of 13 stars over the head of the eagle to represent the original colonies.
