The 1990-P 1/10 oz Gold Proof American Eagle Coin was originally struck by the Philadelphia location of the United States Mint, which is marked by the “P” mint marking that’s included on one side of the coin. This bullion product has been struck with a perfect metal balance of 91.67% gold, 5.33% copper, and 3% silver. It also includes a proof finish, meaning that each design appears frosted while the backgrounds are shown as mirrored. When you order from Silver.com, your coin will arrive in a special presentation box with a Certificate of Authenticity.

In 1987, the American Gold Eagle Coin collection was first introduced by the United States Mint. However, the 1/10 oz weight denomination was not put into circulation until 1988 by the Philadelphia Mint. This location of the U.S. Mint issued all fractional-ounce coins up until 1993; afterward, the production of all weight values was moved to the West Point Mint.

On the obverse of the 1990-P 1/10 oz Gold Proof American Eagle Coin is a design featuring Lady Liberty. This image was inspired by the Double Eagle design created by Augustus Saint-Gaudens. In the image, Lady Liberty is shown walking forward toward the viewer with a torch in one hand and an olive branch in the other. Sun rays extend out in the distance behind her to highlight her radiance. Since the American Gold Eagle collection was first introduced, this image has been the featured obverse design.

The reverse of the 1990-P 1/10 oz Gold Proof American Eagle Coin shows a family of eagles, which is a design created by artist Miley Busiek. In the image, a male eagle flies overhead and approaches the nest where a female eagle sits with her eaglets. The value, weight, and purity of the coin are also included on the reverse.

Where does your spot price come from?

We use a live, up-to-the-second spot price feed supplied by Xignite.com, a worldwide leader in the data supply market.

Are your products actually in stock?

Yes. We are one of the few bullion dealers in the industry who only deems products "in stock" when we have them on-hand and ready to ship immediately. In the instance of a presale item, we denote that the product is on presale and the estimated shipping date. While we make the best efforts to hit presale dates, the dates are only estimates, given we cannot control mint production issues and/or carrier dealyes.

Why are multiple prices listed?

We offer a 4% discount to "cash" paying customers - with paper check, bank wire, and bitcoin payments being defined as cash. On many products, we are also able to offer volume discounts to customers purchasing large quantities of the same item. All volume pricing is laid out in the chart on the product's description page, as well as in the cart.

When do I lock in my price?

All prices are locked in at the time of purchase. Credit/debit card, PayPal, BitCoin, Ethereum, and Ripple orders are paid at the time of checkout, while paper check and bank wire orders require a credit/debit card on file to lock in your pricing while we await your payment. Please note, paper check and bank wire orders will NOT result in a charge to your card - we simple maintain the card on file while we await full payment by your selected payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States, including APOs.
