The America the Beautiful Quarters Program was created to honor 56 national parks and national sites, one from each state, the District of Columbia, and the following US territories – Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Each of the national parks or national sites depicted are of either natural or historical significance. The quarters in the program are issued in the order in which the particular site was established as a national site. The ATB Quarters are available in both the Proof Set and in the Silver Bullion Coin Program. If you are a coin collector, or looking to start a coin collection, and love parks and nature, then the Proof America the Beautiful Quarters Set would be a great purchase for you! The 2010 US Mint Silver Proof America the Beautiful Quarters Sets are currently available for purchase online from Silver.com.

This is the first year of the 5 coin Proof Set of the America the Beautiful Quarters Program. Five different national parks or sites are featured in the set. The quarters were struck by the San Francisco Mint, with an S mint mark on the obverse, just below IN GOD WE TRUST. These Proof ATB Quarters contain 90% silver with 10% copper. The ATB Silver Bullion Program Quarters were produced in 5 ounce, .999 fine silver as an investment-grade silver bullion coin.

The 2010 America the Beautiful Quarters Proof Set includes 5 quarters with reverse designs that feature the following national treasures – Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas, Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, Yosemite National Park in California, Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona, and Mt. Hood National Forest in Oregon.

Every America the Beautiful Quarter has the same obverse design, a left-facing portrait of President George Washington. There was a competition in 1932 to create the design for the Washington Silver Quarter. John Flanagan created the winning design, and it has proven to be such a classic that it has been on the obverse of the Washington Quarter ever since. In 1999, the US Mint slightly modified the design for its 50 State Quarters Program. The US Mint later reverted it back to John Flanagan’s original design for use in the ATB Quarters Program.

The 2010 US Mint Silver Proof ATB Sets come in their original mint packaging that features a protective hard plastic case with an outer box. The coins in their plastic case will be in good condition, however, it is possible that the outer box may show some signs of wear and tear.

We also never have access to your credit/debit card details, as they are securely communicated directly to the payment processor (Authorize.net) and never retained by Silver.com. For this reason, we also don't process credit/debit card orders over the phone, as it is the least secure way to process those transactions.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax in certain states. You can review your states sales tax policy here: https://www.silver.com/taxes. You should always consult with a tax adviser for specific advice in your area.

Where does your spot price come from?

We use a live, up-to-the-second spot price feed supplied by Xignite.com, a worldwide leader in the data supply market.

Are your products actually in stock?

Yes. We are one of the few bullion dealers in the industry who only deems products "in stock" when we have them on-hand and ready to ship immediately. In the instance of a presale item, we denote that the product is on presale and the estimated shipping date. While we make the best efforts to hit presale dates, the dates are only estimates, given we cannot control mint production issues and/or carrier dealyes.

Why are multiple prices listed?

We offer a 4% discount to "cash" paying customers - with paper check, bank wire, and bitcoin payments being defined as cash. On many products, we are also able to offer volume discounts to customers purchasing large quantities of the same item. All volume pricing is laid out in the chart on the product's description page, as well as in the cart.

When do I lock in my price?

All prices are locked in at the time of purchase. Credit/debit card, PayPal, BitCoin, Ethereum, and Ripple orders are paid at the time of checkout, while paper check and bank wire orders require a credit/debit card on file to lock in your pricing while we await your payment. Please note, paper check and bank wire orders will NOT result in a charge to your card - we simple maintain the card on file while we await full payment by your selected payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States, including APOs.
