Ing Ing Jong is the designer behind all Lunar Series II coins released since 2013. A talented artist inspired by Disney artwork that brings character traits to life through illustration, Jong joined the Perth Mint in 2011 and has created separate gold and silver coin designs in the series since 2013. Her designs for the Year of the Dog include the German shepherd on the silver coins and Labrador Retriever on the gold coins.
These 2018 1 oz Proof Silver Australian Dog High Relief Coins ship in the Perth Mint’s iconic black-and-red clamshell boxes for protection and easy display. The boxes ship inside of a themed presentation package reflecting the silver Year of the Dog design. Each coin comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity as well.
