The individual medallions are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and are sealed inside of the assay card packaging. The red assay label has white stylized art depicting Do ggae bi.

In total, KOMSCO issued just 5,000 of the 2019 1/10 oz Gold South Korean Chiwoo Cheonwang Medallions. It split these medallions up between four different assay label colors of red, white, blue, and black.
