The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank consists of eight member nations using a common currency, the Eastern Caribbean dollar (XCD). Montserrat, St. Kitt’s and Nevis, Saint Lucia. St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, Dominica, and Antigua and Barbuda are founding members of the organization and use the currency. Anguilla also uses the XCD. These nations, together with the British Virgin Islands, Guadeloupe, and Martinique are all members of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States. However, the latter three do not use the XCD. The BVI uses the United States dollar as its currency, while Guadeloupe and Martinique use the Euro.
