The obverse of 2019 Silver Montserrat Emerald Isle of the Caribbean Coin includes a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Montserrat is a British Overseas Territory with Her Majesty as the monarch in the constitutional monarch and local affairs handled by a governor and premier. This design of the Queen is the fourth-generation effigy from British coins and depicts the Queen in right-profile relief.
On the reverse side of 2019 1 oz Silver Montserrat Emerald Isle of the Caribbean Coin is the depiction of the Harp of Ireland. The harp is a critical piece of Ireland’s coat of arms and this one includes the female personification of Ireland, Erin, on the frame. The background field includes a number of four-leaf clovers, another symbol deeply associated with the island nation of Ireland.
