On the reverse, this is limited to the outer rim, while these features encompass the entire obverse background behind the Queen’s portrait.
The obverse side of 2020 1/2 oz Silver Canadian Polar Bears features a bust of Queen Elizabeth II. The longest-reigning monarch in British history, Elizabeth II has been on the throne of England since 1952. This coin portrait is the fourth in her reign and the first of her reign to lack a crown on the Queen’s head. It was designed in 2003 by Susanna Blunt.
