Silver Eagles from the United States Mint are popularly issued each year with an investment-grade coin and two collectible options. The BU and proof versions of the coin debuted in 1986, offering investment and collectible options right out of the gate. The burnished version arrived in 2006 to provide a second collectible choice for silver buyers. Right now, 2020 1 oz Colorized Silver American Eagles are available to purchase online at Silver.com.

Each 2020 1 oz Colorized Silver American Eagle available to you in this listing comes inside of a plastic capsule. The coins in this issue are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and feature a thin layer of colorized lacquer applied to select design elements. Please note that the US Mint does not directly colorize any of its bullion products. The impressive colorization was added after production by an authorized third-party dealer.

The application of colorized lacquer to silver bullion coins does nothing to detract from the silver purity of the product itself. Instead, this thin layer of colorization adds unique flare and collectible appeal to an already brilliant investment-grade bullion coin.

Walking Liberty is depicted on the obverse of all 2020 1 oz Colorized Silver American Eagles. Her figure is shown in left-profile relief as she walks toward the sun on the eastern horizon. This design was created in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman for the US Mint at a time when it was redesigning all of its major coin denominations. The Walking Liberty effigy was chosen for the half dollar and featured on that coin in circulation from 1916 to 1947.

The application of the colorized lacquer on these coins is limited to Liberty’s figure and the design elements of the sun, mountain, and valley below. She wears a striped dress of warm red and gold hues. She walks on a lush green valley toward a mountain peak above which the bright-yellow sun is rising. The oak and laurel branches she carries in her left hand are in full bloom with rich greens, reds, and yellows. Lastly, the American flag flutters in its brilliant red, white, and blue over her shoulders.

For the reverse field, 2020 1 oz Colorized Silver American Eagles offer up the image of the heraldic eagle of the United States. This iconic emblem of the nation includes the powerful bald eagle with the heraldic shield of the US on its chest. The bird clutches an olive branch in one talon and the arrows of war in the other. The ribbon in its beak says “E Pluribus Unum,” while a triangular cluster of 13 stars is above its head.

Where does your spot price come from?

We use a live, up-to-the-second spot price feed supplied by Xignite.com, a worldwide leader in the data supply market.

Are your products actually in stock?

Yes. We are one of the few bullion dealers in the industry who only deems products "in stock" when we have them on-hand and ready to ship immediately. In the instance of a presale item, we denote that the product is on presale and the estimated shipping date. While we make the best efforts to hit presale dates, the dates are only estimates, given we cannot control mint production issues and/or carrier dealyes.

Why are multiple prices listed?

We offer a 4% discount to "cash" paying customers - with paper check, bank wire, and bitcoin payments being defined as cash. On many products, we are also able to offer volume discounts to customers purchasing large quantities of the same item. All volume pricing is laid out in the chart on the product's description page, as well as in the cart.

When do I lock in my price?

All prices are locked in at the time of purchase. Credit/debit card, PayPal, BitCoin, Ethereum, and Ripple orders are paid at the time of checkout, while paper check and bank wire orders require a credit/debit card on file to lock in your pricing while we await your payment. Please note, paper check and bank wire orders will NOT result in a charge to your card - we simple maintain the card on file while we await full payment by your selected payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States, including APOs.
