Japanese caricature artwork has a slang term known as chibi that refers to a visual type of caricature. Although all caricature artwork tends to offer exaggerations on the features of the individual or item captured, chibi artwork is distinct in its creation of animal and human forms with short, stubby bodies and limbs, and oversized heads. This artform has now come to silver coins in a variety of collections from the New Zealand Mint.

On the obverse of 2020 Silver Niue Chibi Harry Potter Hermione Granger Shaped Coins is an image of Queen Elizabeth II. The longest-reigning monarch in English history, this design shows Elizabeth II in right-profile relief wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. Ian Rank-Broadley created this portrait of the Queen in 1998 to serve as the fourth-generation design of the monarch on British coins.

The reverse side of the 2020 1 oz Silver Chibi Hermione Granger Shaped Coin features a caricature of the female character from Harry Potter. Hermione is the most prominent female student at Hogwarts in the storyline. She is best friends with Harry and Ron, and for those who have seen the franchise through to the very end, you’ll know that Hermione and Ron eventually get married and send their own children off to Hogwarts.

Where does your spot price come from?

We use a live, up-to-the-second spot price feed supplied by Xignite.com, a worldwide leader in the data supply market.

Are your products actually in stock?

Yes. We are one of the few bullion dealers in the industry who only deems products "in stock" when we have them on-hand and ready to ship immediately. In the instance of a presale item, we denote that the product is on presale and the estimated shipping date. While we make the best efforts to hit presale dates, the dates are only estimates, given we cannot control mint production issues and/or carrier dealyes.

Why are multiple prices listed?

We offer a 4% discount to "cash" paying customers - with paper check, bank wire, and bitcoin payments being defined as cash. On many products, we are also able to offer volume discounts to customers purchasing large quantities of the same item. All volume pricing is laid out in the chart on the product's description page, as well as in the cart.

When do I lock in my price?

All prices are locked in at the time of purchase. Credit/debit card, PayPal, BitCoin, Ethereum, and Ripple orders are paid at the time of checkout, while paper check and bank wire orders require a credit/debit card on file to lock in your pricing while we await your payment. Please note, paper check and bank wire orders will NOT result in a charge to your card - we simple maintain the card on file while we await full payment by your selected payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States, including APOs.
