The release of the V75 Privy came in the form of both Proof Silver Eagles and Proof Gold Eagles in 2020. Both coins had the same privy mark on the obverse field. The privy took the shape of the Rainbow Pool, a reflecting pool at the center of the National World War II Memorial in Washington D.C. Inside the privy mark is an inscription of “V75,” honoring America’s victory 75 years ago in World War II.

All of these 2020-W 1 oz V75 Privy Proof Silver American Eagles earned a PR69 grade from the PCGS. Coins with this grade have full, original mint luster and a maximum of two minor detracting flaws. Examples of these flaws include only minuscule contact marks or hairlines that must be located outside of the primary focal points of the coin.

The coins available here may come with additional labels such as DCAM and/or First Strike. The former refers to the presence of strong, frosted designs and deeply-mirrored, clear fields. The latter indicates a coin that was received for certification within 30 days of the initial release.

Silver.com offers these coins at random. We guarantee all of the coins have a PR69 grade. However, the presence of the additional labels is determined at random. After your payment clears, our warehouse team selects specimens from our available stockpile at that time to fulfill your order. As such, we cannot guarantee any additional labels in advance. Those buying multiples may receive coins that all have the same labels or coins with a mixture of various labels present.

On the obverse of 2020-W 1 oz V75 Privy Proof Silver American Eagles is Walking Liberty with the V75 privy mark. Walking Liberty is shown here in left-profile relief as she walks toward the sun with the American flag draped around her figure.

The reverse side of 2020-W 1 oz V75 Privy Silver Eagles comes with the heraldic eagle. Designed in 1986 by John Mercanti, it depicts an American bald eagle supporting the US national shield as it holds the arrows of war and the olive branch of peace in its talons.
