One of the most exciting new versions of gold bullion introduced in recent years has been gold notes. As a new option for those who buy gold, these notes come with distinctive designs, 24-karat gold content, and low weights of actual gold that translate into an affordable option for any investor or collector. One of the most popular and consistent Gold Aurum Note designs is the Lady Liberty effigy from Augustus Saint-Gaudens. Now, 2021 1/10 Gram Gold Aurum Liberty Notes are available to you for purchase online at Silver.com.

Note Highlights:

  • Notes ship to you in individual currency sleeves!
  • 2021-dated release of 1/10 Gram Gold Liberty Notes!
  • Consists of One-Tenth Gram, or .00322 Troy ounces, of .9999 fine gold.
  • On the obverse is Lady Liberty as designed by Augustus Saint-Gaudens.

The now-famous Lady Liberty design from Augustus Saint-Gaudens was developed in 1907 for the Gold $20 Double Eagle from the United States Mint. While many other designs of the early 20th century were presented for consideration alongside several other options, President Theodore Roosevelt had personally commissioned Saint-Gaudens to develop a new design of Liberty for use on American gold coins.

Saint-Gaudens’ design was submitted to the United States Mint in mid-1907. While it would go on to feature on the $20 Double Eagle, Saint-Gaudens himself would never see the design go into circulation. He died roughly three months before the first coins with the new design were struck and issued for circulation. Today, it remains one of the most coveted coin designs in American history.

On the obverse of these 2021 1/10 Gram Gold Aurum Liberty Notes is a replica of Saint-Gaudens’ beautiful design. In the center of the design element, Liberty dominates the field as she strides forward confidently. Wearing a gown that blows in the wind, with her hair swept up in the wind as well, Liberty walks toward the viewer with rays of sunshine emerging from behind her frame in the background field. Her right hand holds up a long torch to light the way as her left hand carries a large olive branch as a sign of peace. The notes contain an inscription above of “Liberty,” with the new “2021” date mark beneath her figure. The reverse side of each note has no distinctive design, merely a mirror image of the obverse imagery.

In addition to featuring on the Gold $20 Double Eagle Coin from 1907 to 1933, this Liberty design features on the Gold American Eagle bullion coin and has since its 1986 introduction at the US Mint.

These 2021 1/10 Gram Gold Aurum Liberty Notes are available to you with individual currency sleeves. Each one is in brand-new condition from the mint. Aurum Notes consist of thin layers of 24-karat gold between two polyester sheets. All imagery is added using a proprietary process that applies high-definition, photo-quality graphics and colorization to the surface of the notes.

Are your products actually in stock?

Yes. We are one of the few bullion dealers in the industry who only deems products "in stock" when we have them on-hand and ready to ship immediately. In the instance of a presale item, we denote that the product is on presale and the estimated shipping date. While we make the best efforts to hit presale dates, the dates are only estimates, given we cannot control mint production issues and/or carrier dealyes.

Why are multiple prices listed?

We offer a 4% discount to "cash" paying customers - with paper check, bank wire, and bitcoin payments being defined as cash. On many products, we are also able to offer volume discounts to customers purchasing large quantities of the same item. All volume pricing is laid out in the chart on the product's description page, as well as in the cart.

When do I lock in my price?

All prices are locked in at the time of purchase. Credit/debit card, PayPal, BitCoin, Ethereum, and Ripple orders are paid at the time of checkout, while paper check and bank wire orders require a credit/debit card on file to lock in your pricing while we await your payment. Please note, paper check and bank wire orders will NOT result in a charge to your card - we simple maintain the card on file while we await full payment by your selected payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States, including APOs.
