The second coin introduced was the Silver Canadian Maple Leaf.

Each 2021 1 oz Silver Canadian Maple Leaf Monster Box available here contains a total of 500 individual coins in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The Monster Box houses those 500 coins in 20 individual tubes of 25 coins per tube. This box allows you to make a bulk investment in the coveted Silver Canadian Maple Leaf. The box has a total of 500 Troy ounces of .9999 fine silver with a total face value of $2,500 (CAD).

The Canadian Maple Leaf Series launched in 1979 with a 1 oz gold bullion coin. The gold series has expanded during its history to feature four fractional-ounce coins and a 1 Gram coin as well. The platinum series once offered three fractional-ounce coins, but now offers only 1 oz platinum. The palladium series, like the silver series, has only ever had a 1 oz option.

Queen Elizabeth II is depicted on the obverse field of 2021 1 oz Silver Canadian Maple Leaf Coins in this Monster Box. The current image of the Queen is the fourth-generation effigy that was adopted in 2003 after being designed by Susanna Blunt. This bust of the Queen is the first during her reign and the first since the reign of King George VI to depict a reigning monarch without a crown.

A sugar maple leaf design is featured on the reverse side of the 2021 Silver Canadian Maple Leaf Coin. Based on the 1979 design for the Gold Maple Leaf created by Walter Ott, the sugar maple leaf design featured here depicts the national emblem in beautiful real-life detail. Both sides of the coin have radial lines in the background field with a laser micro-engraved maple leaf privy mark on the reverse field.
