The Silver Biblical Coin Series is produced at the Scottsdale Mint on behalf of the island nation of Niue. The series offers six new designs per date mark and each image on the reverse is based on a work of art from Gustave Dore. In 1866, he unveiled his illustrations for the Bible series, a collection of 241 wood-engravings that would later go on display in 1867 in London.

The Biblical presentation boxes come with a Certificate of Authenticity from the Scottsdale Mint that includes the Bible passage that describes the scene depicted on the reverse of the coin. Each coin in this series features a rimless blank with high-relief strikes and an antique polish. The antique polish helps to highlight all of the intricate elements of the design. There is also an edge-lettered serial number on the coin.

On the obverse of 2021 Silver Jesus Delivered Biblical Series Coins is a depiction of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty is shown here in right-profile relief in a 1985 design from Raphael Maklouf. This effigy was found on British coins from 1985 to 1997 and shows the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem Crown.

The reverse side of the 2021 2 oz Silver Jesus Delivered Coin features the moment when Pontius Pilate handed Jesus over to the Jewish leaders in Jerusalem. Pilate and the Roman authorities had held a trial to condemn Jesus at the request of Jewish leaders in the city.
