Mints all around the world come up with unique designs for coins. However, some of the most unique coins in the market aren’t round. Instead, they take on the shape of objects. These coins were made in the shape of a horseshoe. Right now, you can get your very own 2022 1 oz Silver Palau Rosy Horseshoe Coin with a gilded rose gold finish from Silver.com in Brilliant Uncirculated condition!

Highlights:

  • Arrives in a protective capsule!
  • Mintage limited to just 999 coins!
  • Contains One Troy ounce of .999 fine silver!
  • Brilliant Uncirculated condition!
  • Given a face value of $5 that’s backed by the government of Palau.
  • Obverse features the Republic of Palau’s Coat of Arms.
  • Reverse is shaped like a 3D horseshoe.

The Silver Charms Series is minted by Coin Invest Trust (CIT). These coins are one release in that series, which showcases symbols for love, lucky, and positivity. These lucky charms are all minted in special shapes that make them appear sculpted more than struck like regular coins. The coins in this series have an Ultra High Relief finish that uses CIT’s very own Smartminting technology. The low mintage numbers of the coins in this series make them even more desirable.

To keep the integrity of the coins during shipping, we will send them in plastic capsules. These capsules provide protection during both shipping and storage.

The obverse face of the coin proudly features the Republic of Palau’s Coat of Arms. A kayak that symbolizes the migration of Palau’s population is also featured on this side of the coin. The Coat of Arms showcases Neptune holding a trident near a mermaid and treasure chest. The inscriptions on this side of the coin include “Rainbow’s End,” “Republic of Palau,” and “$5.”

The reverse face was made to look like a real horseshoe, including the 3D elements. You will also see country-style elements and the engravings “Good Luck” and “2022.”

CIT is located in the small European country of Liechtenstein. Since it was founded in 1970, it has been responsible for producing silver coins for various countries all over the world. CIT pushes boundaries using its very own Smartminting technology that was created in 2016. This technology allows the mint to produce coins with a higher relief without the need to add extra metal. The surface area of the coin can also be increased by up to 183% using Smartminting.
