Each 2022-W 1 oz Proof Silver American Eagle in this listing comes with a near-perfect certification and a plastic slab from the NGC. PF69 coins exhibit full, original mint luster and a maximum of two minor detracting flaws. Examples of those flaws include only minuscule contact marks or hairlines located outside of the primary focal points of the coin. Additionally, these coins come with UCAM and Early Release designations.

UCAM stands for ultra-cameo proof and refers to the presence of strong, frosted designs overlaying deeply-mirrored, clear background fields. The Early Release designation indicates the coins were received by the NGC for certification within 30 days of release from the United States Mint.

The obverse of 2022-W Proof Silver Eagles comes with a depiction of Walking Liberty. This design from Adolph A. Weinman was created in 1916 for the US Half Dollar and shows her full-length figure in left-profile relief. She is depicted walking toward the sun near a mountain on the horizon. The American flag is draped around her figure as she carries the branches of oak and laurel in her left hand.

On the reverse side of the 2022-W 1 oz Proof Silver Eagle is an image of the American bald eagle. This all-new design from the 2021 Type 2 release is now the primary reverse visual and was created by Emily Damstra. It shows the bald eagle soaring through the field with flexed wings and an oak branch in its talons.
