The US Quarter is currently on the seventh design in its entire history. President George Washington has been the face of the quarter-dollar coin since 1932, but prior to him, Liberty was the dominant figure on the quarter. One of the shortest-lived Liberty designs was that of Standing Liberty from Hermon Atkins MacNeil. Today, 90% Silver Standing Liberty Quarters are available to you online at Silver.com.

Coin Highlights:

  • Available to ship to you inside of a small bag with four US Quarters!
  • Date marks range from 1916 to 1930!
  • Consists of .18084 Troy ounces of actual silver content.
  • The individual face values of $.25 (USD) are fully backed by the US government.
  • On the obverse face is Standing Liberty.
  • The reverse features the image of the American bald eagle in flight.
  • Please keep in mind your bag could contain a variety of date marks or four coins from the same issue year.
  • Please remember that the date marks may have completely worn off these coins due to age and circulation use.

All US silver coins issued up to 1964 had 90% silver content. These coins had 90% silver content with a balance of 10% copper that largely consisted of the core of the coin. With rising silver prices in the 1960s, the US Mint transitioned its dime, quarter, and half-dollar coins away from the costly 90% silver content and toward a new cupro-nickel alloy.

The 90% Silver Standing Liberty Quarters available to you in this product listing arrive with a small bag. That bag contains a total of four individual US quarters for a total of $1 (USD) face value. All of the coins, regardless of date mark, come from the production range of the Standing Liberty Quarter. We cannot guarantee the specific date marks of the coins you receive. You could receive four coins with the same date mark or a wide variety of different dates.

On the obverse side of 90% Silver Standing Liberty Quarters is the image of Standing Liberty created by Hermon Atkins MacNeil. Taking cues from the disinterest in getting involved in World War I in Europe, MacNeil displayed Liberty in the gap of a wall with the US heraldic shield on a circular battle shield ready to defend the nation. In her right hand, however, she clutched an olive branch.

The reverse face of 90% Silver Standing Liberty Quarters features the design of an American bald eagle flying through the sky. The eagle glides gracefully with its wings at full stretch and up behind its figure forming a V-shape.

Where does your spot price come from?

We use a live, up-to-the-second spot price feed supplied by Xignite.com, a worldwide leader in the data supply market.

Are your products actually in stock?

Yes. We are one of the few bullion dealers in the industry who only deems products "in stock" when we have them on-hand and ready to ship immediately. In the instance of a presale item, we denote that the product is on presale and the estimated shipping date. While we make the best efforts to hit presale dates, the dates are only estimates, given we cannot control mint production issues and/or carrier dealyes.

Why are multiple prices listed?

We offer a 4% discount to "cash" paying customers - with paper check, bank wire, and bitcoin payments being defined as cash. On many products, we are also able to offer volume discounts to customers purchasing large quantities of the same item. All volume pricing is laid out in the chart on the product's description page, as well as in the cart.

When do I lock in my price?

All prices are locked in at the time of purchase. Credit/debit card, PayPal, BitCoin, Ethereum, and Ripple orders are paid at the time of checkout, while paper check and bank wire orders require a credit/debit card on file to lock in your pricing while we await your payment. Please note, paper check and bank wire orders will NOT result in a charge to your card - we simple maintain the card on file while we await full payment by your selected payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States, including APOs.
