Valcambi Suisse produces the cast silver bars in its silver bullion range one at a time. After silver is melted down, it is poured into individual prefabricated molds that are heat-resistant. Each cast is produced to ensure exactly 100 Troy ounces of silver ends up in the finished product. Cast silver bars are then left to cool in the mold before inscriptions are stamped into the surface of the product.
All of these 100 oz Silver Valcambi Cast Bars are available to you with protective wrapping materials around the product inside of the standard cardboard shipping box. The cast silver bars come with an assay from Valcambi Suisse. The assay card authenticates the weight, purity, and metal content of the bar, and also comes with the mark and signature of the certified assayer from Valcambi Suisse.
On the obverse side of 100 oz Silver Valcambi Cast Bars are the only inscriptions you will find on the products. The name of the mint and the logo of the mint are shown at the top of the design element. Below this, you will find markings of the weight, purity, and metal content in the bar. The bars also feature a 2020 date mark and come with an assayer’s stamp on the surface of the bar.
The reverse face of Silver Valcambi Cast Bars is left blank on purpose by the mint. You may notice visual elements such as striations and other texture lines on this face of the bar. These are a result of the settling of the silver during the cooling process.
Valcambi Suisse was founded in Switzerland in 1961. The company was originally known as Valori & Cambi and got its current name during a period in which it was owned by Credit Suisse.
