While the central design element remains the same, small changes have been made to the secondary design elements to reflect a different version of the Deuce Four Skull. All silver rounds in this listing are in brand-new condition, with individual rounds housed in flips and multiples of 10 packaged in tubes.

While modern comic-book enthusiasts are likely familiar with the Deuce Four Skull through The Punisher series, its visual appearance has roots in the American Revolution. Though not authorized by military commanders during the Revolutionary War, it was acceptable for Continental Army and militia units to display unit badges. The skull was the most common one as a symbol of determination and fearlessness.

The obverse side of the 2 oz Silver Deuce Four Skull Rounds includes a new Type II design that depicts the famed skull in the center. On the forehead of the skull are inscriptions of the Roman numeral for three, along with a tight ring of 13 stars. Below the skull, there are two modern M16 assault rifles. The snake from the Gadsden flag, a popular symbol of American resistance during the Revolutionary War, is featured along with “Est. 1776.” The phrase “When Injustice Becomes Law, Resistance Becomes Duty” is inscribed around the outer edge of the design field.

On the reverse of the 2 oz Silver Deuce Four Skull Rounds is a depiction of the Intaglio Mint seal. The symbol at the center includes a singular Romanesque column “I” with inscriptions of the mint name and its established date. The weight, purity, and metal content are inscribed along the outer edge of the design field, along with the date mark in Roman numerals.
