In 2020, Perth Mint relaunched its popular Gods of Olympus Series. The mint had previously issued two separate three-coin collections in 2014 and 2015. These 2 oz silver antique coins featured six distinct designs of deities from the pantheon of Greek mythology. The collection was named for the home of the Greek gods: Mount Olympus. Today, 2022 1 oz Silver Tuvalu Gods of Olympus Hera Coins are available to you online at Silver.com.

Coin Highlights:

  • Available to ship to you inside protective plastic capsules, sealed rolls of 20, or boxes of 100 coins!
  • Fourth image in the Silver Gods of Olympus Series!
  • Mintage limited to 13,500 coins only!
  • Consists of One Troy ounce of .9999 fine silver in BU condition.
  • The face value of $1 is fully backed by the Tuvaluan government.
  • On the obverse is a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
  • The reverse features Hera sitting on her throne.

While the original Gods and Goddesses of Olympus Series featured only 2 oz silver antique coins, the new Gods of Olympus combined series features a variety of options for investors. These 1 oz silver BU coins have the highest mintage cap at 13,500 coins, but are accompanied by a number of low-mintage options that include 1 oz gold BU, 1 oz antique silver, 5 oz antique silver, and 5 oz silver BU coins.

All of these 2022 1 oz Silver Tuvalu Gods of Olympus Hera Coins are available to purchase individually or in bulk. All coins come with a protective plastic capsule. Multiples of 20 are sealed together in a roll, while multiples of 100 coins come in a box that holds five rolls in total. All coins are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.

On the obverse of 2022 Silver Tuvalu Gods of Olympus Hera Coins is an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. The longest-reigning monarch in English history, Elizabeth II has been on the throne since February 1952 and this portrait is the fourth-generation design that was used on British coins from 1998 to 2015.

The reverse side of 2022 1 oz Silver Hera Coins comes with an image of the Queen of Olympus, Hera. The wife of Zeus, ruler of Mount Olympus, Hera is viewed as a protector of women in marriage and is associated with fertility. She stands by her husband Zeus, despite the fact he consistently has affairs with mortal women.
