Silver.com is in the process of evaluating how the laws and regulations governing the collection of sales taxes in the District of Columbia relate to the products sold by Silver.com. This evaluation will be completed in the near future, and the results of such evaluation will be posted on the Silver.com website.
In accordance with legislation recently passed by the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue, Silver.com will begin collecting sales taxes on affected products sold by Silver.com and delivered to District of Columbia addresses on March 1, 2019. The District of Columbia has not yet issued Silver.com’s sales tax license number. As soon as it is issued, it will be posted here.
