Pre-33 $10 Liberty Gold Eagle Coins (AU) were designed by the celebrated engraver Christian Gobrecht. Their design was inspired by early Greco-Roman designs. On each coin, Lady Liberty is showcased in a regal pose as she is surrounded by 13 stars that reflect the original 13 colonies. Customers will note that the word “liberty” is engraved on her coronet. The reverse sides of the coins depict the American bald eagle holding an olive branch and quiver of arrows in its talons. These coins are lovely enough for display, but they are popular investment gold pieces, as well.
Not surprising, U.S. historic coins are popular with collectors and investors alike. They are a terrific means to store your tangible wealth. Silver.com will ship these coins packaged safely and securely. All of our mailings are insured against damage or loss during delivery. If you would enjoy owing a piece of historic America, these coins are your chance to do so.
