America the Beautiful is a 56-coin series that was introduced in 2010. Each year, the US Mint releases five new coin designs to honor moments, monuments, national forests and parks from across the country. When the program ends in 2021, there will be one coin representing each of the 50 states, five territories, and the federal district.

Arches National Park covers 76,679 acres around the city of Moab, Utah. The park’s unique sandstone arches are the result of the regions large underground evaporite layer, known as a salt bed. The erosion of those salt layers resulted, over time, in the formation of the massive, stunning arches.

On the obverse side of the coin is the image of the famous Delicate Arch rising toward the sky, its precisely balanced rocks relying upon one another for structural support. The reverse bears John Flanagan’s 1932 depiction of President George Washington. Used on all US quarters, the image is based upon a 1786 bust of Washington sculpted by William Cousins.

Each of these coins is available in Mint State 69 condition. The full, original luster is still visible on each of these coins, with a maximum of two minor blemishes, contact marks, or detracting flaws possible on the coin’s surface. The Proof-like finish on these bullion coins provides a unique, stunning finish.
